Method of use

Using massaging movements, apply the cream to the problem areas, gently massage for 5–8 minutes until fully absorbed. Then apply cling film to this area for 30–60 minutes. It is especially effective in combination with the REM revitalizing energy massager and the TIM infrared capsule.

• Arms: with circular movements from the elbow to the armpit.

• Neck and shoulders: with circular movements using the mounts of the thumb and little finger.

• Thighs: with circular movements from the knee to the base of the thigh, along the outer and inner surfaces.

• Shin: from the ankle to the knee, massaging the muscles.

• Lower back and abdomen: with circular movements from the sides toward the navel.
