This page explains what data the fohow-company.com website collects, why it is needed and how to ask for it to be deleted. Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
Who is responsible for the data
Visitor data is processed by Saule Sairambay, director of the Fohow representative office in Almaty.

What the site collects
The site has no forms: it does not ask you to enter your name, phone number or other personal data.
Cart. The products you choose are stored in your browser. The order itself goes only to WhatsApp, and only when you send it yourself.
Referral label. If you came via a link with a label - for example, from Instagram or from a team member - the site remembers it in your browser for 30 days and adds it to the WhatsApp message text. This shows where the enquiry came from.
Visit statistics. The site uses Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. They collect technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages opened, clicks, time on the site and the referral source. Yandex Metrica may record actions on the page - scrolling, movements and clicks - to show where the site is inconvenient. The counters also note button clicks: WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, adding a product to the cart (the product code) and sending an order - without your name, phone number or message text.
Video. Video covers load from YouTube servers as soon as the page opens; the video itself (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only after you press play. After that, YouTube may store its own cookies.
Messages via WhatsApp
The “Message on WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared message. The text includes the name of the page you are writing from and the referral label, if there is one. You send the message yourself - you can edit it or not send it.
The chat shows your name and phone number as set in WhatsApp, and the message text. They are needed to reply to you, arrange a meeting or process an order.

Cookies
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. They are used by Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and YouTube (after a video starts).

Who receives the data
Visitor data is not sold and not passed to anyone else for their own purposes.
The data is processed by the services the site runs on: WhatsApp (Meta), Yandex Metrica (Yandex), Google Analytics and YouTube (Google), and Vercel hosting. The servers of these services may be located outside Kazakhstan.
How long the data is kept
WhatsApp correspondence is kept while it is needed to stay in touch with you. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Statistics data is kept in the analytics services for the periods set in their settings.
Your rights
You can find out what data about you we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, write via WhatsApp or to the email above.
