From a telecom operator to a share in the corporation
At 15 I came to Almaty, full of ambition. I finished college, then university - I sincerely believed a diploma would be my ticket to a successful life. I dreamed of a good job, my own car, my own home.
Reality turned out to be arranged differently. I worked at Almatytelecom, spent all my time at work and was losing my health. At 26 I had neither money, nor time, nor a family. My peak was a Matiz on credit and an ear constantly sore from a phone headset.
“Are you planning to go on maternity leave?”
I was being promoted. And the first thing they asked was: “Are you planning to go on maternity leave?”
In that second I understood: I don’t belong to myself. It isn’t I who decides when I work and how much I earn.
By then I was already a Fohow partner - I had become one out of respect for my sister, without even intending to pursue it. And then I saw: her income for one week had grown larger than my boss’s monthly salary. And a thought appeared: “If she could do it - so can I.”
What happened next
The fear of losing stability was there. So I didn’t quit - I took leave. With the thought: if it doesn’t work out, I’ll come back.
The first week. I earned more than I made at Almatytelecom in a month. I never went back.
A mentor was beside me - the First Fendou Leader and company beneficiary Nursulu Abdulova.
2023. I opened the company’s representative office in Almaty - in the city centre, at Pozharsky St. 1, in the Aiser Hotel. This became possible thanks to the office’s steady turnover, a large team and an established training system. The office opened after the birth of my third child.
2026. The status of Diamond 5 Carat. My youngest daughter was three months old then.
Today. My husband and I build the business together. We built our own home and travel a lot with our four children. Last year we were in China twice at the company’s expense and on a cruise with stops in Korea and Japan. And most importantly - as a whole family we made the minor pilgrimage (Umrah) to Mecca.

Why I guide people myself
My goal is to teach every person to earn an income. I help them remember their dreams and believe in themselves. I move to practice with a person straight away. And I accept everyone as they are: with me you don’t have to change who you are - we find your strengths and work with them.
